Frequently Asked Questions

  • Your initial visit is all about getting to know you (or your kiddo). We’ll review your health history, perform an examination, and do an Insight scan to better understand how your body is functioning. Care will begin on the first visit, as long as there are no concerns. Everything is explained along the way, and you are encouraged to ask questions so you feel informed and comfortable.

  • We are in network with select insurances at our main location in Rochester Hills. Please reach out if you have any questions regarding insurance benefits. We are not currently in network with any insurance at Fourth Tri Sanctuary.

  • Of course not! Dr. Rachel welcomes all family members. Bring in your dad, cousin, friend, etc. and we will happily care for them!

  • We kindly ask that you give at least 12 hours’ notice for cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Late cancellations may result in a fee.

  • We believe that everyone can benefit from chiropractic care as a part of their wellness routine. When patients first start under care, Dr. Rachel generally recommends a more intensive care plan that will eventually decrease in frequency. We believe that 1-2 visits per month is a good rule of thumb for wellness or maintenance care for our patients.

    We do not believe in hefty 3x/week treatment plans that cost an arm and a leg. We will work with you to develop a plan for care that is reasonable, effective, and works with your busy schedule.
